Out of this world.

Soooo, basically we started out by painting the whole nail black.  Using the edge of a cosmetic sponge, we started layering the colors we wanted to use for the sky. We first applied Tangerine by Revlon all over the nail, leaving the top empty to fill with stars.  The next color was a Tahitian Turquoise by Confetti. We applied that in the middle of the nail, leaving a little of the orange exposed.  The last color to sponge on was Blu by Sally Hansen.  You apply this right at the very top of the nail to get a fading effect.  Then we took a Sally Hansen nail art pen (01 white) and put dots on for the stars.  Our last step was painting a clear shimmer (coat 120 diamonds Sally Hansen) to create the effect of more stars.  Now you've got the whole world at your finger tips!
